General Conditions

All matters concerning this booking shall be subject to English Law.

We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their behaviour offensive or of a nuisance to other passengers and we shall have no further liability.

• No Smoking
• Passengers to remain seated at all times when the machine is operational.
• Keep inside the Machine at all times.
• Violence or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Use of Alcohol or Drugs is prohibited.
• Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
• School parties or other children's groups must have a maximum of six children per teacher/guardian.

Tour Changes

Each tour operates subject to suitable environmental factors (such as weather and water conditions) and maybe cancelled without prior notice. We will offer you an alternative time slot at your convenience or a full refund (maybe in credit note form).

Ducks and Drake reserve the right to alter the tour route with out prior warning if conditions beyond our control prevent the advertised tour running. If you are unhappy with the changes, passengers can claim a credit note, or change of time prior to the departure of the tour.

Please be aware that tours may last longer than advertised due to road and water conditions, and may affect other arrangements you have planned.

Tour Departures

Please be at the Aquaport no later than 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Seating is first come first serve and cannot be reserved.

Tickets

Tickets are non-transferable. Refunds are not given for missed departures. If you are delayed due to circumstances beyond your control we may offer you an alternative time if you contact us before the tour departs. This is at the management's discretion.

Refunds

The company may offer a credit note or an alternative tour date instead of a monetary refund.

Refunds cannot be given after a tour has departed.

Refunds are only permitted for the following reasons:

• Bad weather that does not permit the tour to run.
• The Tour is delayed MORE than one hour.
• The tour is partially completed (only 50% is these circumstances).

Children

Ducks and Drake require:

• A maximum of six children to one adult.
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please be aware that there are no storage facilities on board the machine and therefore bulky items such as push chairs and prams are not allowed on the tour. They can be left at the Aquaport at owners own risk.

Accident or Loss

Ducks and Drake do not accept liability for direct or consequential loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience, however caused, except for death or personal injury.

Lost Property

Please take all your belongings with you when leaving the machine. Ducks and Drake cannot be held responsible for property left behind. Any lost property will be held for the remainder of the day at the Aquaport. To claim lost property please contact Ducks and Drake.
