Do you post tickets?
No. Once you have booked your ticket you will be given a unique confirmation code, Keep this safe, it will also be e-mailed to you. You need this code to obtain your ticket from our self-service ticket point at the Aquaport.
Where do we board the vehicle?
You board the vehicle at the Ducks and Drake Aquaport in the Guildhall Car park.
Can we hail it like a taxi, or a bus?
No. This is a non-stop tour, and not a bus service. In order to board the machine you must purchase a ticket and board at the Aquaport.
Where do we get tickets?
The Ticket Booth is at the Aquaport. Tickets can be bought and pre-ordered tickets collected from here.
Do I need to book in advance?
You do not need to book in advance but it is recommended as tours fill quickly and you may have to wait for a later tour. In high season you may need to wait for a different day.
How much does it cost?

Are there refreshments on board?
There are no refreshments on board.
Can we bring our own?
You are welcome to bring your own on board as long as they are used responsibly and rubbish taken with when you leave the tour. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING OFF THE VEHICLE.
Are there any places to eat near the Aquaport?
The Aquaport is near the centre of Plymouth, which has plenty of places to eat. Alternatively the Barbican, with is wealth of bars and cafes id a 10 min walk.
Do you Offer Group Discount?
There is a family ticket available for four people (max 2 adults). Please contact us for a competitive price for the hire of the whole machine.
What is the capacity of the Machines?
The Machines have a capacity of 28 people.
Can I book the vehicle exclusively?
Yes, please contact us for further details.
Do we have a tour guide?
Yes, there is a guide on the tour with you giving you a commentary as you go.
What is the likelihood of a route change?
A route change would only happen due to unsuitable external conditions (e.g. road or bad weather).
How long does the tour last?
The Tour lasts approximately 1 hour, but may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Are we allowed to take wheel-chairs, buggies etc on board?
There is no storage space on the machine, and therefore buggies etc are not allowed on board but may be left at the Aquaport at your own risk.
Do we get wet?
This is not a wet attraction, however due to wind or wave conditions, there may be some spray into the cabin.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the tour?
If you are not happy with the tour please contact us to discuss your grievance.
